Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a Growth & Operations Specialist for a four-month freelance term to lead our business development and streamline operations in preparation for an upcoming business automation project. This vital role involves close collaboration with our CRM & Admin and B2B Marketing Specialists, ensuring smooth execution of our business development workflows and B2B activity calendar.
Primary Responsibilities:
Qualifying Growth Opportunities
- Identify and evaluate prospective partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals and services, in collaboration with the CRM & Admin Specialist.
- Lead and maintain a streamlined qualification process to assess and prioritize prospects effectively.
B2B Marketing Oversight
- Oversee the timely execution of the B2B marketing calendar, ensuring all key milestones and KPIs are met.
- Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize tactics and improve outcomes.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Scale up support as needed, adding an additional day to provide operational assistance, including developing detailed client proposals, preparing contracts, and managing engagement timelines.
- Facilitate communication between Brand, Content, and Design teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Outcomes:
During your tenure, you'll leverage your experience with our workflows and processes to play a pivotal role in developing vendor briefs for a workflow automation initiative. Your contributions will be key to enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining our backend systems and processes.

- 5+ years of experience of experience in business development, operations, or client management.

- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new digital tools and platforms.
- Highly desirable; the capacity/availability to extend the contract if the need arises
